How long does a trophy order take?

Small trophy orders typically take around one week. Larger trophy orders and engraved awards generally take around two weeks. Tell us when you need your order so we can advise you.

Can you help with the wording and layout?

Yes. We're happy to help with wording and artwork layout, and we'll provide a proof for your approval before production.

Can I check the artwork before you make my order?

Yes. We provide artwork proofs for approval before production, so you can check names, spelling and layout.

Do you do rush orders?

Whenever possible. Let us know your deadline and we'll tell you what we can accommodate.

Where do I collect my order?

Orders are normally collected from Shire Trophies at Dial A Picture Frame, 1 Park Lane, Caringbah.

Can you update the names on a perpetual trophy?

Yes. We can update almost any type of perpetual trophy, including cups, shields and honour boards. Bring it in so we can look at what's needed and advise on timing.

Do you make boxes for displaying memorabilia?

Yes. We make freestanding acrylic display boxes with timber bases for items such as footballs, shoes and other memorabilia. Talk to us about what you'd like to display.

Do you only sell trophies?

No. We also provide medals, awards, name badges, indoor and outdoor plaques, perpetual trophy updates and custom display boxes.
